"Hi, I’m Amber, the owner and head chef of Hermosa Catering. With over 10 years of experience in the culinary world, I have dedicated my craft to creating luxury catering experiences that are both breathtaking and accessible. After battling cancer, I found new purpose in sharing my passion for food, bringing elegance and unforgettable flavors to every dish.
Being Mexican, my roots deeply influence my cooking, blending bold, authentic flavors with the refined techniques I’ve embraced through my travels. From the vibrant, rich traditions of Mexico to the fresh, artisanal ingredients of Italy, I incorporate the best of both worlds into my handcrafted dishes.
Now serving Phoenix and beyond, I pour my heart into every menu, creating exquisite presentations and mouthwatering flavors that bring people together. As a mother of three boys, I know that food is more than just a meal—it’s an experience, a memory, and a celebration. I can’t wait to share my passion with you!”

As our Head Captain, Ashley leads our team with precision and dedication, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. Her extensive background has given her the skills to manage staff, coordinate events, and handle any challenge with ease, all while creating a stress-free atmosphere for our clients.
